The MBody Strength Kettlebell Gym Announces Advanced Training Workshop
Brea, CA, December 31, 2009 --(PR.com)-- The MBody Strength Kettlebell Gym, located in North Orange County, California, has announced an advanced kettlebell training workshop called Kettlebell Training 3000. The event date is Saturday, January 23, 2010 and will be held from 10:30AM to 1:30PM. If you’re looking to get to the next level of kettlebell training, this workshop is for you.
“If you’ve mastered the basics and you’re ready for a challenge, this workshop will push you to the limits,” stated Marcus Martinez, MBody Strength’s founder and member. “It’s really difficult to learn some of the more advanced kettlebell exercises on your own, we’ll teach people how to do them safely.”
Kettlebell training has variety of benefits that go beyond simple muscle development and fat loss (even though kettlebell training is good for that too). Because of the dynamic, ballistic exercises involved in kettlebell training, users can gain power, strength, speed, flexibility, and endurance more quickly and efficiently than ever before. Better yet, the strength gained through kettlebell training is functional strength; in other words, strength gained through kettlebell training is applicable to daily life in a way that traditional weight lifting could never be.
This is a 3-hour advanced kettlebell training course to be held at the MBody Strength Kettlebell Gym. During the session, participants will learn the advanced kettlebell exercises and techniques that can catapult their strength to whole new levels.
Participants will learn how to perform various kettlebell exercises with two kettlebells at once. Double kettlebell training is brutally effective on your body, but can also be brutal on your back and joints if you don’t know what you’re doing. At the workshop, you’ll learn proper double kettlebell training techniques.
Kettlebell juggling will help advanced kettlebell users to build greater strength, explosive power, and hand-eye coordination. During the workshop, instructors will go over basic juggles, including the Front Juggle, Side to Side Juggle, Clean to Catch, Snatch to Catch, and more.
Participants will also learn the proper technique for several advanced kettlebell exercises, including the Gladiator Press, 2-Hand Anyhow, Pistol Grip, Palm Press, Pistol, Pistol Deck Squat, and more. The instructors will also include a brief introduction to Girevoy Sport, also known as competitive kettlebell sport.
