12:30 – 1:10pm Location: Wakefield Lake
1:15 – 1:55pm Location: Wakefield Lake
Connie & Michael offer an intense and fun atmosphere for everyone to get in shape and stay in shape.

Michael LoColle’s and Connie Pustorino’s Boot Camp workouts range from strength and conditioning to plyometric work, interval cardio training to using resistance bands, while incorporating obstacle course challenges. They make every workout challenging and effective but also add the fun factor.

Connie Pustorino has been in the fitness industry for 10 Years and is very passionate about health and wellness. She has been teaching a variety of group exercise classes with a specialty in Boot Camp, Nutrition and Yoga. She is certified through AFAA, SCW, NESTA and YogaFit.
