MBody Strength Kettlebell Gym Expands Workout Facility
Brea, CA, April 15, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The MBody Strength Kettlebell Gym, an unconventional fitness facility in North Orange County, California, has doubled their training space allowing for larger classes, more equipment, and bigger events. An expansion party will be held on April 24, 2010, featuring fitness challenges, free tacos, exercise demonstrations, prizes, and more.
“We’ve invited lots of people to come celebrate the expansion of our training facility,” stated Marcus Martinez, co-owner of MBody Strength. “With the additional space, we can now facilitate larger boot camps, workshops, and events.”
The MBody Strength Kettlebell Gym specializes in unconventional fitness training, including kettlebells, sandbags, Indian Clubs, heavy clubs, macebells, sledgehammers, tires, and battle ropes. Each training technique is used to help trainees drop body fat, build strength, and rapidly increase their conditioning levels.
While many training methods are utilized to help clients get into shape, kettlebells are the first method taught to the trainees, and are used to build a foundation of strength, agility, and endurance. The trainers of MBody Strength pride themselves on their ability to quickly and safely teach trainees in proper kettlebell form and technique.
During the event, the trainers of the MBody Strength Kettlebell Gym will be demonstrating exercises and basic workout routines for each training method. These demonstrations will include several difficult kettlebell exercises using heavy weight, including 2-Hand Anyhows, Pistols, Pistol Grip Presses, Double Snatches, Kettlebell Juggling, and more.
Thanks to the expansion, the MBody Strength Kettlebell Gym has doubled its training space, allowing for more equipment, including a 20 foot long pull up bar used for bodyweight training and gym ring training during group classes. It also incorporates an additional complete set of kettlebells, a set of sandbags, and other new unconventional training equipment, including a 20lb Torque War Hammer, 200 pound tractor tire, Power Rails, Push Up Spikes, and new set of Battle Ropes.
The new training space at the MBody Strength Kettlebell Gym is primarily used to facilitate larger classes for the MBody Kettlebell Boot Camp. This unique group training class utilizes kettlebells and other training methods to help participants burn fat, build strength and muscle definition, and increase their stamina and conditioning levels. MBody Kettlebell Boot Camp sessions are held twice daily Monday through Friday and once on Saturdays.
“Our Grand Re-Opening will be a great opportunity for people to come and see what we’ve done, but more importantly, what they can do using our services,” stated Mark de Grasse, co-owner of MBody Strength. “And who can turn down a party with free tacos, a live DJ, and the chance to win free stuff?”
