Arnold Fitness and NPC Figure Competitor Vanessa Wick is Accepting New Clients at Anytime Fitness
Vanessa Wick ( www.vanessawick.com) has joined the Anytime Fitness facility in downtown Wadsworth Ohio as an ACE certified personal trainer. She is accepting clients of all ages and levels of fitness.
Medina, OH, April 30, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Having experience working in commercial gyms and one on one training, her specialties include developing fitness plans, weight training, cardio training, and core strength development.
She has competed at the amateur level in the Arnold Classic (2008) as a fitness competitor, and as a Figure competitor at various NPC natural bodybuilding events. She also has experience in training individuals to compete in these events.
In addition to her ACE Fitness Trainer certification, she is certified in Group Instruction, Pilates and Group Cycling. She is also trained and experienced in the specialty program Silver Sneakers.
Vanessa is available for consultations, and hour long and half hour long training sessions tailored for your specific needs. She will also be conducting group instruction, and fitness “boot camps.”
