1on1 Boxing Fitness, located in Mesa, Ariz., offers an amateur boxing, boxing fitness, kick boxing boot camp and weight loss programs. Programs vary by each client’s goals. For clients looking to get in shape, each 50-minute 1on1 Boxing Fitness workout incorporates a light cardio warm up, conditioning warm-up exercises, heavy bag and mitt work followed by core workout. For those training to become 1on1 Boxing Fitness fighters, the workout is similar with greater emphasis on skill training and conditioning and how to apply both during sparring. Additionally, 1on1 Boxing Fitness boxers practice sparring drills, controlled sparring and then open sparring with a partner.

The first session at 1on1 Boxing Fitness is free; after that, single workouts are $20.00 a session.
