Virginia Beach, VA, May 26, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Make Up Your Mind to Be Happy, the new title from 4th Dimension Press (an imprint of A.R.E. Press), is the perfect remedy to these tough economic times. Author Josie Varga imparts readers with 105 tips about turning thoughts toward social responsibility, helping one another, and the importance of the little things in life at a time when most everyone is facing financial and daily living challenges. Varga has found the secret to staying positive and happy, and in this book she describes what readers need to do to be happy right now, how to be optimistic about the future, the importance of humor, and how to focus on one’s positive traits. She also includes a happiness test for readers to see how they score and to gauge their progress as they read her book. Varga’s advice combined with philosophy from some of the greatest thinkers of all time will leave you with a smile on your face.
Josie Varga discovered her passion for writing as a little girl growing up in Elizabeth, New Jersey. She went on to earn a degree in journalism and later became a successful communications consultant while authoring her first book, Footprints in the Sand: A Disabled Woman’s Inspiring Journey to Happiness. Her second book, Visits From Heaven , also published by 4th Dimension Press, was released in January 2010. Varga is working on her next book in between scheduled appearances as a motivational speaker for overcoming life’s challenges.
Edgar Cayce founded the non-profit Association for Research and Enlightenment (A.R.E.) in 1931, to explore spirituality, holistic health, intuition, dream interpretation, psychic development, reincarnation, and ancient mysteries – all subjects that frequently came up in the more than 14,000 documented psychic readings given by Cayce, who died in 1945. A.R.E.’s publishing arm, A.R.E. Press, has been publishing books since 1931 as well, with the mission of furthering the work of the A.R.E. by publishing books, DVDs, and CDs to support the organization's goal of helping people change their lives for the better. In 2009, A.R.E. Press launched its second imprint, 4th Dimension Press. While A.R.E. Press features topics related to the work of Edgar Cayce in the fields of spirituality, intuition, psychic abilities, ancient mysteries, philosophy, comparative religious studies, personal and spiritual development, and holistic health, 4th Dimension Press allows us to take our publishing efforts further with like-minded and expansive explorations into the mysteries and spirituality of our existence.
