"I used to struggle with my weight. Once I learned that it's 85 percent nutrition, I saw how Max Muscle's products helped me attain, and then maintain, my goals. So, yes, I don't just sell Max Muscle products. I use them every day as a part of my own fitness regimen."
In 2004, the Max Muscle franchise began expanding nationwide. It now has over 100 stores around the United States. Max Muscle Cool Springs is the first Max Muscle franchise in Tennessee. It is located in Franklin at 2000 Meridian Boulevard, Suite 108 in the Meridian Plaza with Boscos and Noshville.
Max Muscle Cool Springs will also donate a portion of proceeds from the day's event to the Williamson County Red Cross in support of flood victims.
"We realize the importance of community," Free says. "As the first Max Muscle Sports Nutrition store to open in Tennessee, we want to show our commitment to the community we've chosen to call home by supporting it during its time of need."
