The recipes give patients more options in their dietary choices. By following our recipes, patients can feel confident they are getting the proper nutrition and adhering to the diet guidelines. We feel that patients will enjoy the diet more if they are able to vary their food choices. We also encourage patients to share their own recipes on our HCG Diet Forum.”

The HCG True Diet program is based on Dr. Simeon’s book “pounds and inches” and incorporates a low calorie diet with human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG). HCG Diets are exploding in popularity and different HCG Diet programs can be found all over the internet. Some sites sell homeopathic HCG without a prescription; however, the HCG True Diet is a medically monitored program.
