R.I.P.P.E.D. – The One Stop Body Shock™ will begin on Monday, June 14. The first classes of their kind in Riverside. In addition, T3 Fitness Energy is having a major fitness bash to celebrate the one-year anniversary of Riverside Zumba and the official launch party for Riverside R.I.P.P.E.D. on July 9. T3 launched their first fitness studio in August 2008 and their second location in July 2009. T3 Fitness Energy features one-on-one personal training, small group weight training, nutrition programs, employee wellness programs, summer camps for kids and Zumba, yoga and R.I.P.P.E.D. classes – all designed for men and women.
