Bainbridge Island, WA, June 11, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Donna Zajonc, PCC, has been named Director of Coaching Services for The Power of TED*, a division of the Bainbridge Leadership Center (BLC) of Bainbridge Island, WA.
“This new service is a response to requests for a more individualized approach to applying the TED* frameworks and processes in providing consulting and business strategy for individuals, professionals and organizations worldwide,” said David Emerald Womeldorff, co-founder of BLC.
These frameworks are based on The Power of TED* (*The Empowerment Dynamic), a book by David Emerald (Womeldorff’s pen name). The principles outlined in The Power of TED* provide practical tools for individuals and business leaders to clarify their goals and practices. The primary focus is on facilitating a shift from a problem-focused, anxiety-based and reactive orientation toward an outcome-oriented, passion-based, and proactive approach to creating in one’s personal and profession life.
“Working with a TED* Coach helps individuals accelerate the integration of the TED* principles in every aspect of life,” Zajonc explained. “My commitment is to support clients in moving beyond what David calls the Dreaded Drama Triangle (or DDT) and its roles of victim, persecutor or rescuer. The DDT limits possibilities and can cause painful and destructive dynamics in our work and personal relationships. Once this pattern is revealed, many people want more information and help to rapidly change their life and business plans and ways of being.”
In announcing her appointment, Emerald-Womeldorff said, “Donna is a long time personal and executive coach who has worked with a wide range on individuals, as well as public and corporate leaders. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and is uniquely qualified for the position as Director of Coaching Services for The Power of TED*.”
Clients have praised the contribution Zajonc has made to their growth and success. “Donna was instrumental in my business success which tripled revenue since its inception. She pushes me to excel where I am strong and helps me avoid pitfalls that have plagued me in the past. I highly recommend her assistance,” noted client Pam Erickson, President of Public Action Management.
In addition to offering her own services, Zajonc will also be leading the formation of a cadre of “TED* Practitioners” to expand the range of coaching and consulting services worldwide. The first TED* Practitioners’ Program, a training course for helping professionals hosted on Bainbridge Island, is set for October, 2010.
