Riverside Community Hospital and iTriage partner to provide greater patient access to medical and facility information.

Riverside Community Hospital will now have average ER wait times available on the iTriage® smartphone medical application developed by Healthagen®. To access those times, Riverside residents can download the free iTriage app for their iPhone®, iPod touch®, Android™, or Palm® or access it through any Web-enabled device at www.iTriageHealth.com. BlackBerry® smartphone users will soon have their own iTriage application, as well.

By deploying the iTriage smartphone app, Riverside Community Hospital improves the doctor/patient relationship and gives immediate access to detailed information about its hospital, including services offered, specialties, location map, classes, community programs and average ER wait times.
