Spinning® Orientation will certify attendees as a Spinning® instructor for two years (renewable with continuing education courses). The nine-hour course includes two rides led by a Master Instructor and a lunch break. There is a test that can be completed online after you finish the course.

This workshop, co-developed by Mad Dogg Athletics and cycling expert Joe Friel, will educate attendees on how to design highly effective, goal-oriented classes grounded in the principles of cadence and heart rate training. This four-hour workshop includes lecture plus practical application, ending with a ride.
