Santa Monica, CA, October 18, 2010 --(PR.com)-- kidsrevolving studio will host a grand opening at its new location in Santa Monica on Saturday, October 23rd from 10:00am – 2:00pm. A Special Saturday Open House is being offered for residents to view the facility and have fun as they enjoy a free sampling of parent/child, toddler, tween and teen classes. During the Open House, kidsrevolving will also host a Kids for Kids Food Drop-Off supporting the Los Angeles Regional Foodbank.
“We are excited to introduce kidsrevolving to the community,” said Craft, owner of kidsrevolving. “The intention of kidsrevolving is to provide youth with tools that extend beyond their practice so that they can grow into confident, clear-thinking, empowered individuals.”
Special Saturday Open House is free to the public. Event pre-registration is suggested. Families that enroll their kids for Fall Session that day will receive a 15% discount off of their session membership. Children who bring two non-perishable food items to donate to Los Angeles Regional Foodbank will be entered in a raffle to receive kidsrevolving prizes sponsored by Me! Bath, Herbal Animals Organic Pillows + Sleepwear and Classic Kids Photography Santa Monica.
“Over 1 million people in Los Angeles County are at risk of hunger - 400,000 of them are children," said Michael Flood, President and CEO of the Los Angeles Regional Foodbank. “So, it's great to see kids getting involved in helping to fight the growing hunger problem. We hope this encourages more people to get involved in helping in their local communities.”
kidsrevolving offers extraordinary programs designed to support youth, aged six months to teens, to develop physically, cognitively and emotionally. Their goal is to share classes that are inspiring, fun, highly creative and non-competitive. Classes explode with self-expression as creative body movement, yoga inspired nature positions and soothing relaxation are mixed up with music, games, puppets, activities and oodles of fun. kidsrevolving also offers workshops, parties and programs for schools/organizations.
“It is so valuable to get kids to be connected to their bodies at an early age. By guiding youth on how to create with their minds and bodies and access the power within them, we are giving them tools that will set a foundation for the best lives possible,” said Craft.
