GetBackFitness.com Brings the Gym to Your Work and Home

Austin, TX, November 30, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Inspired by the recent success of Workforce30 with locations in Austin, TX and Denver, CO, Aaron Porter of GetBackFitness.com is now bringing his energy and philosophy to in-home and at-office 1 on 1 training. Workforce30 provides companies with exercise, nutrition and wellness coaching through a worksite group fitness program. Due to the strength, flexibility, postural and endurance gains of the Workforce30 participants, it is now being offered to those who prefer 1 on 1 or couple training.

The sessions include but are not limited to training with TRX suspension straps, medicine balls, resistance straps, body weight exercises, and BOSU balance training. His 90/10 eating philosophy coupled with establishing calorie intake by sports nutrition principles has also shown better results long term for clients then low calorie diets.

One month's time includes: creating written strategy for success, reading and discussing Seth Godin’s - The Dip and other authors, phone and text communication regarding mental and food updates on weekend days, twelve 30 minute training sessions to be completed by month’s end, written food journal recording/review or calorie counting depending on client’s preference, kitchen scavenger hunt for added sugar, and participating in free access to Workforce30 training sessions when convenient to your lifestyle.
