Solace Yoga Studio Coming to Mishawaka, Indiana

Whether you are new to yoga or have some experience with yoga you will find an array of classes for all levels of experience. Classes include: Power Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Hot Yoga, and Stress Relieving Classes to name a few. "We will be offering a beginner 4 week workshop to help those new to yoga learn the basics before they dive in to other yoga classes.
