MindBody Connection to Host Fitness Fundraiser for the Sydney & Alexandria Cohen Foundation

Cooper City, FL, February 05, 2007 --(PR.com)-- On Sunday, March 11, 2007 from 10:30am to 3:30pm, fitness studio MindBody Connection will be holding a charity fundraiser for the Sydney & Alexandria Cohen Foundation, a 501 c3 not-for-profit organization currently raising funds to donate two state-of-the-art incubators to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Memorial Hospital West in Pembroke Pines. Created by Plantation parents Brian and Jennifer Cohen, The Sydney & Alexandria Cohen Foundation was founded in honor and in celebration of their daughters who were born at 31 weeks gestation. Today, Sydney and Alexandria are healthy almost four-year-olds who do not have any long term complications from having been born so early.

Classes offered during the all-day fundraiser will include Pilates/Reformer for $20 per class; spinning, Zumba, or pole dancing for $10 per class; and Budokon for $10 per class. All classes will be geared to beginners, and all are welcomed to attend. Space in each class is limited and reservations are required in advance by calling 954-680-4390. Credit cards will be accepted over the phone. All funds raised will be donated to The Sydney & Alexandria Cohen Foundation, Inc.

Offering Pilates/Reformer, Yoga, Meditation, Belly dancing cardio, Spinning, massage, Budokon, and Empowerment classes, MindBody Connection is South Florida's Premier Fitness Spa that offers programs that teach clients to create strength and balance by combining mental and physical exercise.
