Touchton shared with the viewers: "I hit a personal low in my life soon after my wedding day. I became hopeless and helpless; I was utterly dependent upon my new husband - who seemed to take it in stride. I was very ill and subsequently gained more than 100 pounds. Surely, something needed to change. So I picked myself up and brushed myself off; I bounced back. I lost 100 pounds and reclaimed my health. And I changed my views on relationships and my role in our relationship - for the better."

Touchton continued: "I found my faith when my grandfather was terminally ill and have never looked back. I somehow found the answers to my problems and now I freely share tips and tricks with others. I approach my 40-plus year marriage as a partnership and advise that you do the same in your relationship. Help and hope. Compassion and sharing. Doing more than you need to do. Being kind. These are a few of the secrets to relationship success."

Thompson added: "Not all relationships and not all activities need to be 50/50; you can work things out depending up on how well you work together. Make it work for the two of you."

Touchton now travels around the country sharing a message of hope and help. She relayed: "I am strong in my faith yet tolerant of the diverse beliefs of others. My work is to help strengthen relationships as the key fiber of our society - to take care of children, to take care of each other – in pure faith and love."
