Yun Fitness Boot Camps Announces New Fat Burning Bootcamp Coming to Reynoldsburg, Ohio

Columbus, OH, February 19, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The new camp will meet in Reynoldsburg at the Ohio Combat Sports Academy, 6475 E. Main St., Suite 102. The Reynoldsburg camps will open on April 18, and Yun Fitness will hold free Saturday camps in the preceding weeks to introduce local residents to the program.

Yun Fitness Boot Camps are fun and effective. Participants begin seeing results in just a few sessions. The camps include a variety of routines, including dynamic warm-ups, body weight intervals, and circuits featuring resistance bands, kettlebells, medicine balls, and more.

The camps are offered at convenient morning and evening times throughout the week. Each boot camp phases lasts four weeks with a one-week break.
