Peoria’s Blu Agave Arizona Kitchen Serves Up Weekend Brunch
From 8 a.m. to noon each Saturday and Sunday, the Peoria restaurant is offering the opportunity to dine on Chef Charles Wade Schwerd’s delicious cuisine while drinking in the spectacular Sonoran Desert from the Blu Agave patio.
Peoria, AZ, April 13, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Blu Agave Arizona Kitchen is serving up Sunday brunch to Valley residents through May 31, offering signature items like Pamplona pancakes, huevos rancheros and Blu Agave frittatas.
From 8 a.m. to noon each Saturday and Sunday, the Peoria restaurant is offering the opportunity to dine on Chef Charles Wade Schwerd’s cuisine.
Among the other items available on the brunch menu are breakfast burritos (stuffed with fluffy scrambled eggs, applewood bacon, pico de gallo and pepper jack cheese), French toast (made with thick Texas toast, sprinkled with powdered sugar and served with fresh strawberries), eggs benedict, cheese omelets and southwestern chicken omelets.
For drinks, Blu Agave is offering your choice of orange, apple or cranberry juice for only $3 and Bloody Caesars and Blu Agave Mimosas for only $5. Patrons have the opportunity to mix their own Bloody Caesars as well, with a specialty flavor bar with numerous options for customizing any Bloody Caesar, which Blu Agave makes with vodka and Clamato juice.
