Sandy Maynard is a pioneer in the field of coaching individuals with ADHD. She has established herself as one of the country's preeminent coaches and was instrumental in the development of the National Attention Deficit Disorder Association's coaching guidelines. She has a deep commitment to the professional and ethical development of ADHD coaching worldwide. She is a certified master practitioner of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and utilizes a holistic health and wellness approach with her clients. She received a master’s degree in health psychology from Walden University, researching and writing a literature review of coaching. Currently, she operates Catalytic Coaching in Washington DC where she provides entrepreneurial consulting and coach training for individuals starting their own coaching businesses. She is an international lecturer and a regular contributor to ADDitude magazine.
