X Core Fitness in Worcester, MA Now Offering Yoga

X Core Fitness in Worcester, MA is now offering Yoga classes. There will be two classes held on Tuesday nights to start with more days/times to be added.

Worcester, MA, June 04, 2011 --(PR.com)-- X Core Fitness in Worcester, MA is now offering Yoga classes. There will be two classes held on Tuesday nights to start, 6:30-7:30pm Slow Flow Vinyasa & 7:45-8:45pm Power Flow Vinyasa. Classes can be attended on a drop in basis or a punch card option is available.

"We are exited to offer Yoga here at X Core Fitness," said Kris Crepeau, owner of X Core Fitness, "I have found that Yoga can augment any fitness routine you are currently doing, it increases mobility and flexibility, which in turn allows the body to perform better in all planes of movement."

Classes will be taught by Emily Leahy, RYT. Emily is accomplished in multiple styles of Yoga for all ages. More class days/times to be added in the future. All levels from beginner to advanced Yoga participants are welcome.

X Core Fitness also offers Indoor and Outdoor Fitness Boot Camps, Bridal Boot Camps, Private and Semi Private Personal Training, Corporate Fitness Programs, and Nutritional Counseling and Workshops.
