SELMARQ Program Rated Best B2B in North Carolina

Charlotte, NC, October 07, 2005 --(PR.com)-- The Business Marketing Association (BMA) Carolinas has judged a communications program created by SELMARQ to be Best in North Carolina during an awards ceremony held last week at the Mint Museum of Art. The award was part of an annual marketing competition open to companies in the Carolinas engaged in business-to-business (B2B) marketing. Over 100 entries from advertising agencies across the two states were judged.

The award-winning program, produced for Material Handling Industry of America (MHIA), was created to promote their premier trade show, ProMat® 2005, held in Chicago. “We have been honored to be the agency of record for MHIA for almost 20 years,” said SELMARQ principal, Jeff Rothe. “We are happy to be able to bring this award back to them.”

Creative work was developed and executed by Michele Clark, Creative Director, and Walter Stanford, Art Director. The program featured extensive use of photography and illustrations depicting the immense variety of material handling and logistics equipment, systems and services exhibited at ProMat® 2005 in January 2005. The materials were developed over a two-year period, and included logo design, brochures, print ads, pamphlets, direct mail, exhibit graphics, posters, a show directory of exhibitors and contracts. SELMARQ also received a Silver Award for another direct mail piece created for MHIA.
