QSR Announces Dine America 2007 Final Program
Austin, TX, April 20, 2007 --(PR.com)-- QSR® magazine, a publication for executives and operators in the food service industry, has announced the final program for the Fourth Annual Dine America Executive Idea Exchange conference, May 6th – 8th at Austin, Texas’s Renaissance Austin Hotel.
Each year, the Dine America conference consists of two days of expert-led presentations and working sessions focused on issues pertinent to the restaurant industry. This year’s program will include presentations by Jon Luther, Chairman and CEO, of Dunkin' Brands. In this speech, Luther discusses his four lessons on leadership, sharing many of the experiences that shaped his own leadership style and helped fuel the success of the brands that he has transformed throughout his career.
Also speaking at this year's event is Chuck Moran, President and CEO, Delaware North Companies. Mr. Moran will help conference attendees learn how Delaware North developed its first system-wide integrated corporate strategy, managed a multi-dimensional cultural shift, and established the management “paths” the company is taking related to guest service, culinary excellence, sustainability, and growth for the future.
Dine America's keynote speaker this year is Dr. Tom Morris, the Chairman, Morris Institute for Human Values. Dr. Morris is a former professor of philosophy at the University of Notre Dame, and holds a Ph.D. in both Philosophy and Religious Studies from Yale University. He is a successful author of 12 books, and a public philosopher and advisor to the corporate world. Other topics discussed at this year's conference include discussions of U.S. immigration policy, and sustainable restaurant management.
