Personal Safety Concierge Provides Emergency and Medical Services Support to the ZOMM Wireless Leash and Lifestyle Connect Product Lines

The Personal Safety Concierge may contact the user’s trusted network, defined as a pre-selected group of friends, family and health professionals, and provide direction and status updates of the user’s emergency via a phone call, SMS or email. If needed, the ZOMM Personal Safety Concierge will immediately dispatch police, fire or medical rescue to the user’s exact location by using a combination of ZOMM technologies, services and connections to more than 6,000 PSAPs (Public Safety Answering Points).
