Sun Threadz, a Sun Protection Clothing Line, Will Exhibit at the 9th Annual Focus on Melanoma Conference

Philadelphia, PA, April 10, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Get the facts on risk, prevention and screening - it could save your life or the life on someone you know. This free education conference is free and open to the public. Melanoma incidence rates have been increasing for at least 30 years. Melanoma is responsible for most skin cancer deaths. Incidence rates for melanoma are similar in men and women under 65 years, but are more than twice as high in men as in women 65 and older.*

Prevention is aimed at protecting skin. Children in particular should be protected from the sun because severe sunburns in childhood may greatly increase risk of melanoma in later life.
