Multiple Sclerosis Patient Publishes Personal Story, MS Living Symptom Free
Saddle Brook, NJ, May 16, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Daryl H. Bryant, a Multiple Sclerosis patient since 2004, has published a book, MS Living Symptom Free, about his journey with MS. Daryl is now 34 years old and living Symptom Free of MS due to his new outlook on life that includes a healthy diet, a steady routine of exercise, and an intense medication regimen.
Bryant makes it clear right from the start that he is not a medical professional, but a MS patient who wants to share his journey with others in hopes of inspiring other MS patients to live symptom free as he does. MS has different effects on all patients and Daryl understands the trials and tribulations that come along with MS. When he was first diagnosed he chose to deny the disease, thus years later falling into the worst of symptoms and even deep depression.
Once experiencing the worst of what MS had to offer, Daryl chose to no longer ignore the disease but actively fight it with anything he could. He completed a great deal of research to discover his current diet, exercise plan, and medications that have since led him to being Symptom Free, without any MS relapses.
In Daryl’s book he talks of not only his life story with MS, but ideas for specific foods and diets, exercise plans, and a variety of vitamins and supplements that may be taken to combat the disease. He does not follow or use everything he mentions in this book because as he knows, not all MS patients are affected the same. Bryant aims to be a resource for people looking to live a healthier life with MS.
"It is my hope that my story will offer others with MS inspiration and remind them that there are others out there battling this disease and they are not alone,” said Bryant. “I am battling this disease with them. I hope others can use my story, my struggles, and successes to help them make the changes they need to achieve better health and potentially live a life with MS that is free of symptoms."
Along with the new book, Daryl has pursued a new website to cater to MS patients and living symptom free of MS. Daryl is the Chief Executive Officer of Hudson Horizons, the web development agency that created this new site, MSlivingsymptomfree.com. This website serves as a home base for MS patients who seek support for MS and information regarding tips and advice for living MS symptom free.
