Tea Monkey Supports Coeliac Awareness Week with a Free Cuppa
When Tea Monkey launched in 2011, it was keen to provide its customers with choices, particularly with regard to its food and beverage options.
Milton Keynes, United Kingdom, May 17, 2012 --(PR.com)-- There is no doubting the health benefits of tea and with over 40 different types available, there is a tea for everyone.
Founder, Tracey Bovingdon, wanted to take it all further and recognised that people have different dietary needs and food intolerances. Tea Monkey wanted to respect this by offering a range of gluten free, wheat free and dairy free options as well as Vegetarian and vegan choices.
“People should be able to have our cake and eat it,” Tracey stated and with this in mind Tea Monkey made it their business to ensure that there were always options available.
Recently Tea Monkey has introduced a new grab and go range of gluten free cakes and cookies and this adds to the list of items in store – as well as gluten free toast with a great cuppa which has been on the menu from Day 1 and is proving very popular.
Tea Monkey will be celebrating Coeliac Awareness Week from 14 – 20 May 2012 by offering a free cuppa to all members of Coeliac UK when they visit the store during the promotional week. Actually our Wheat Free Carrot Cakes and Gluten Free Apple and Sultana muffin are just two of the items on offer and are enjoyed by all our customers.
Tea Monkey is a refreshing change from the rest of the High Street coffee shops. It not only sells teas but award winning coffees, hot chocolate and a range of hot and cold savoury items. This is all wrapped up in a modern and clean café space with iPads on wall mounts for customers to use in store...something quite different.
So Swing by and enjoy the time because nothing goes better with a great Cup of Tea than an even better slice of Cake (or two!)…that anyone can enjoy.
