Trap Door Athletics Archery Workshop

Philadelphia, PA, November 01, 2012 --(PR.com)-- This past Saturday, Trap Door Athletics headed out to the Middletown Archery Club with friends over at CrossFit Delaware Valley for some archery instruction at their indoor range. Coach Cindy Bevilacqua, international archery champion and coach of the 2012 Olympic Team USA instructed participants on proper form and technique, giving lots of individual feedback. Participants of this family-friendly archery workshop thoroughly enjoyed their time spent at the range. Accuracy, one of the 10 general physical skills - is now in the bag.
