Chiropractic Care Can Reverse Developmental Delays in Children

Dallas, TX, April 07, 2013 --(PR.com)-- In 2006 Dr. Francis X. Murphy, chief practitioner of Whole Health Partners in Dallas, made a phenomenal discovery which isolated the cause of Frozen Shoulder Syndrome (FSS) as a neurological disorder. Since his discovery, Dr. Murphy has been researching and developing a complete curriculum on the resolution of the true cause of FSS, dubbed the OTZ Tension Adjustment.
