PHC FX Reached the Milestone of 1000 Customers
The Software as a Service based product surpassed expectations and new users grew 200 percent, in 2012. Most of these new customers are located in Portugal but also in Spanish and English speaking countries.
Lisbon, Portugal, June 01, 2013 --(PR.com)-- PHC, an international developer of business software, has announced that the number of users that use PHC FX has reached the milestone of 1000 users, which surpasses expectations by growing 200 percent. Most users are located in Portugal, however other users are placed geographically in other countries like, Spain, UK, and South Africa.
PHC Billing FX stands out as the SaaS solution with most trial requests and closed sales, followed by PHC Business FX, PHC CRM FX and PHC Engine FX. The preferred subscription plan is the annual payment for PHC Billing FX and PHC Engine FX and the monthly payment for PHC Business FX and PHC CRM FX. More than 500 thousand invoices were created and over 400 thousand items and services, including 250 thousand bank transactions.
The shift in these results, is due to an important investment by PHC in a pay-per-use delivery model, while consumers are growing and quickly adapting to cloud apps.
The product portfolio has just recently seen the addition of PHC Team FX and PHC Dashboard FX. New features are also planned for 2013 to help companies boost their response time to different challenges.
PHC FX was included in a case study by Adobe. Nuno Rocha, Director of Adobe Portugal, refers that: "PHC presented a unique challenge, with an application quite different from what the company had developed so far, but that could help revolutionize the business solution market."
PHC was also invited to participate in the “MO-BIZZ” platform that consists of a consortium of several European companies who focus on fostering and stimulating the development of cloud mobile services.
Ricardo Parreira, CEO of PHC refers that "PHC FX provides the advantages of not having any up-front investment costs and being mobile, which are punch-lines that agree more to the public who are now more in the know and fans of the new SaaS model." The CEO goes on to highlight that, after reaching the 1000 mark, the "goal is to continue this growth and double the numbers shortly."
