Lincoln Park Renaissance Rehab and Nursing Center Takes Steps to Protect Its Residents in the Summer Heat
Lincoln Park, NJ, July 24, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Lincoln Park Renaissance Rehab and Nursing Center, a leader in New Jersey long term care, welcomes the warm summer weather but at the same time is intent on taking extra care to ensure resident health and safety.
Since the month of July is UV Safety Month, Lincoln Park Renaissance reminds everyone that the sun can be both incredibly strong and potentially dangerous. That being said, there are some simple rules to keep everyone healthy and safe. Use sunscreen that is at least SPF 15 and be careful when near reflexive surfaces. Wear protective clothing and a wide hat to cut down on sun induced skin illnesses like sunburn and skin cancer.
Facility staff and the administration invite resident families to come visit and join their loved ones summer at the facility this summer.
“Summer is a time for family and fun, and the same can be said here at Lincoln Park Renaissance. We invite families and friends to come visit, and of course, to stay safe in the heat. We welcome the entire community to come and check out our facility here at the Renaissance,” said Tim Braen, administrator at Lincoln Park Renaissance.
Families are also invited to spend time exploring the vast grounds of the Lincoln Park Renaissance campus, including the health and wellness spa and beautifully landscaped waterside lawns and fountains. Their residents enjoy strolls through the secured grounds, enjoying safe and well cared for natural aesthetics.
The Lincoln Park Renaissance, hosts a state-of-the art facility, set on 37 acres of rolling hills. Lincoln Park Renaissance offers outstanding long term care, as well as a sub-acute wing for residents who aren’t sure if they will be long term or not. In addition, the facility hosts a state-certified dementia unit.
As a family owned facility located at 521 Pine Brook Road, Lincoln Park, NJ, Lincoln Park Renaissance values time with family and opens their doors to any family, friends and well-wishers of our residents this national holiday.
