Stepping Stones Recovery Center Announces New Curriculum for Drug and Alcohol Addiction Treatment

West Palm Beach, FL, March 24, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Stepping Stones Recovery Center in West Palm Beach, FL has released a new curriculum for long term success. Until recently, Drug treatment centers have depended upon process groups for treatment of addiction to alcohol and drugs. This new standard will revolutionize the drug and alcohol addiction treatment field. The Intensive Outpatient Program at SSRC utilizes a variety of modalities in the new curriculum including individual sessions, education groups, relapse prevention therapy, trigger identification.

“We have also added a lifetime access program which allows clients to return to our drug and alcohol addiction treatment program if they have relapsed or need a boost to their recovery,” said Debbie Stone, Director of Stepping Stones Recovery Center. The Intensive Outpatient Program is usually 6 weeks and includes unlimited individual sessions.

Most clients have already completed a 30 or 60 day primary drug treatment program or alcohol addiction rehab. The next step is extended treatment for 6 weeks while living in a recovery residence and attending AA or NA meetings.
