Omved and JG's Fittness Center Conducted an Event with a Mix of Bhangra and Yoga in Mumbai, India
Omved and JG’s Fittness center held an event called ‘Masala Bhangra and Chakra’ in Mumbai on 6th April 2014.

Omved, an organic lifestyle brand that supports pure natural living, affiliated with JG’s Fittness center to collectively hold a yoga event called ‘Masala Bhangra and Chakra’ on the 6th April 2014, between 08.00 am to 12.00 am, at the National Sports Club of India, Worli, Mumbai.
The event was open to all those who are interested in healthy and natural living. Through the session, experts in the field of Bhangra and yoga instructed the participants as to how they could use the ideal combination of dance and exercise to help stay fit and healthy. The applicants got an opportunity to learn the art of healthy living by specialists in the field.
This event witnessed a strong participation of over 30 members of the Rotary Club, Worli and included a Masala Bhangra session by Ms. Shalini, the director of JG’s Fitness center; followed by a Chakra yoga session by Unnati yoga center. The event also saw an informative lecture by Dr. Sudhir Vaishav, an expert Cardiologist, as he addressed the attendees on the ‘Benefits of exercise to reduce the risk of heart disease’.
