Two-Time Sit-Up World Record Holder Now Accepting Clients
Mercerville, NJ, July 10, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Beginning in late July, Tony Parziale, Two-Time Sit-Up World Record Holder announced that he will be accepting a limited number of new clients for In-Home Personal Fitness Training and Nutrition Coaching in and around the Mercer County, New Jersey and Bucks County, Pennsylvania areas.
Parziale stated, “We will be specializing in pre-through-post Baby Boomers as well as Beginning Exercisers of all ages who may be uncomfortable with crowded gym settings or with 'drill sergeant' types of training.”
Part of what makes the training unique is the usage of client preferred exercise intensity. “It’s definitely not one size fits all,” said Parziale. “Together we’ll set goals and design an exercise program based on the clients preferred level of exertion. We’ll also establish a base program along with weight management and nutritional coaching. Results are very important. My goal is to help each client reach their goals.”
Parziale, a former gym owner had gained notoriety when he broke the Guinness World Record for the most sit-ups in one hour back in June of 2001. He broke it for a second time in April of 2002. Through his World Record efforts and as the founder of The National Ab Crunch Challenge, Parziale has raised over $500,000 for charity. In addition to his sit-up records, Parziale is a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer with Certifications in Weight Management, Sports Nutrition, Men and Women’s Fitness, and Advanced Personal Fitness Training.
