Back to School, Back to Fitness at The Gateway Family YMCA

Rahway, NJ, September 03, 2014 --(PR.com)-- September 8-14 is Back to School, Back to Fitness week at The Gateway Family YMCA branches in Elizabeth, Rahway and Union, NJ. All branches will be hosting events that are open to the community all week at the Y. Visit the YMCA during the week to obtain your free “Hall Pass” allowing use of the Y for the week. The Gateway Family YMCA – Elizabeth Branch is located at 135 Madison Avenue in Elizabeth, Five Points Branch is located at 201 Tucker Avenue in Union, Rahway Branch is located at 1564 Irving Street in Rahway, and Wellness Center Branch is located at 1000 Galloping Hill Road, Union. Daily themes include Monday- International Literacy Day, Tuesday – Be the Head of the Class, Wednesday- Recess Games, Thursday- Patriot Day, Friday- Share a Story, Saturday- Music & Arts and Sunday- Healthy Family Day. All week, participants who show their team spirit by wearing high school or college themed gear to the Y will receive prizes.
