Eagle Soars Consulting CEO to Run for Girls on the Run of WNC

Flat Rock, NC, September 12, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Anne Lazo, CEO of Eagle Soars Consulting, will be running in the Asheville Half Marathon at Biltmore Estate on March 15, 2015, as a SoleMate for Girls on the Run of WNC. Eagle Soars Consulting has been supporting Girls on the Run of WNC in various ways since January of 2013. This will be the second time Lazo will be fundraising for the organization as a SoleMate.

About her involvement with Girls on the Run of WNC, Lazo states, “Every minute I’ve spent in working with Amy and all who are involved in the program has been an awesome experience. I get so excited when I see how impactful the program is on the girls who participate. They are happy, vibrant, and positive. Their energy is life-fulfilling. The program is making a difference – for the good – and that’s what really matters.” Lazo adds, “It was great to have the Asheville Marathon at Biltmore Estate select Girls on the Run of WNC as one of their charity partners. I can’t wait to run this 13.1 miles!"

As part of Lazo’s fundraising efforts, she is asking individuals to make a $5 donation. In return, she will have their name, or the name of someone they would like to remember, imprinted on a shirt she will wear on race day.
