Fullerton, CA, September 12, 2014 --(PR.com)-- On Saturday, October 11, 2014, the California Seniors Expo is coming to the Fullerton YMCA. From 10 AM to 3 PM, terrific exhibitors will be on hand with helpful product and service information for our senior community. Admission and parking are free.
For all seniors seeking ways to live fuller happier lives, California Seniors Expo is the place to go. Professionals who will be there to help transition seamlessly through the best phase of life. The Expo will provide “one-stop-shopping" for older adults, their families and caregivers looking to connect with valuable local resources.
At the California Seniors Expo, attendees can learn and explore options available in comfort living, housing, medical programs, leisure activities, community and government services, healthy living, and much more.
Free Medication Collection. In partnership with the Fullerton Police Department, they ask the community to clean out their medicine cabinets and bring expired and unwanted medication to the Expo for free safe disposal.
Free Health Screenings. Walgreens Pharmacy will be at the Expo providing free heath screens and offering flu shots at the Expo.
Free Document Shredding. In continuing efforts to help prevent identity theft, they are hosting free document shredding at the Expo. Seniors may bring all of their sensitive documents such as old tax returns, medical records, financial records, etc. for safe on-site shredding.
