This two day event aimed to provide every woman with the resources to improve her health, well-being and personal safety. This year's theme focused on Simple Pledges: Building Blocks for Healthy Living.

The National Speaking of Women's Health Foundation educates women in a variety of ways, including educational conferences, television programming, newsletters, books and community outreach. This event provides up-to-date information from credible experts in a fun and entertaining way – so that women can better care for themselves, and for their families. Next years program is already planned and will be one of the first events held in the new Raleigh Convention Center on September 27th 2008.
