3rd Annual Paleo Diet Challenge Starts Monday
Improvement Warrior Fitness is introducing their 3rd annual Paleo Diet challenge. Starting on Monday September 22 and ending on October 21st, this challenge looks to be the biggest and best so far.
Columbus, OH, September 19, 2014 --(PR.com)-- With a brand new updated paleo Challenge manual as the creator of the challenge, Jason Yun, has been living the Paleo way since 2011 and has included a lot more updated information in regards to the best and smartest ways to forage into the world of Paleo.
"It’s been a eye opener in regards to my nutrition, and I’ve learned a lot of tips and tricks in regards to the Paleo Diet," says Yun, "there isn’t a one-set-in-stone type of Paleo diet, which I think confuses a lot of people. But I hope with this newest edition of the challenge that I set the record strait for a lot of people."
If you don’t know Paleo has people try and mimic their ancestors and how they ate by cutting out the crap and just focusing on the proteins, good fats, nuts, seeds, vegetables, and fruit. There is no grains, pasteurized dairy, legumes, sugar, gluten, or processed foods.
Basically it’s taking out all the foods known to cause humans problems in terms of health and weight.
