JogTog by VersaWraps Hopes to Raise $10,000 by December 19th for World's First Workout Wrap
Wine county couple banking on popular crowdfunding site, Kickstarter, to help make their American dream come true.
Windsor, CA, December 03, 2014 --(PR.com)-- VersaWraps, the creator of JogTog - the world’s first workout wrap - launches their Kickstarter campaign at www.jogtog.com, which, when funded, will allow them to continue production of their best-selling, versatile workout accessory. The company is trying to raise $10,000 by December 19th. VersaWraps introduced the JogTog as a way to store keys, phones and other essentials safely and to look great doing it. Having already come close to selling out of the initial production of personally-funded JogTogs and deposit toward the next batch, VersaWraps is initiating a Kickstarter campaign to help fund the new JogTogs. The product is already being manufactured, is patent-pending and has already been produced, sold and LOVED by over 1500 customers across the US.
“The success of JogTogs has been remarkable,” exclaims co-owner and co-inventor Christina Lopez. “We’ve been busy taking what works well and adding improvements like bolder colors and slightly more storage space for larger mobile devices which, with the help of our Kickstarter campaign, will make the new run of JogTogs accessible to more people. We are so excited to work with Kickstarter - they have helped so many small businesses and personal dreams come true and we love the idea of letting our supporters in on the next level.”
To get to this next level, Kickstarter contributors will receive the following incentives for their donations:
$5 – A big Thank You Hug and immortalization on the JogTog website & Facebook fan page. Every dollar helps bring convenience and style to the women who love and deserve it.
$20 – Will get backers one embroidered JogTog premium twill cap with pre-curved visor and adjustable closure.
$30 – Will get backers a JogTog. JogTog retails at $38 + $10 s&h - contributors get a 37.5% discount by “pre-ordering” their JogTog through Kickstarter.
Project backers can pledge as little as $1 but rewards start at $5 and go up from there. For backers who pledge money without a reward, VersaWraps plans to return 10% of those pledges to Conservation Corps North Bay. CCNB provides job training and education to some of the most underserved youth in Marin and Sonoma counties: those who have aged or dropped out of high school, lack essential job skills and/or face language barriers.
About VersaWraps: VersaWraps of Windsor, CA was founded by a husband and wife team with a passion for jogging, hiking, biking and enjoying the outdoors, who saw a need for an efficient way to store all of their essentials while doing what they love. The two invented, designed and funded the production of an initial order of 1500 JogTogs which have since been sold with great success online at www.thejogtog.com and at running events across the country.
