New Moms can Exercise Safely and Effectively in a New Program at Clearwater, FL Studio

Clearwater, FL, November 08, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Stellar Fitness has launched innovative fitness programs for new mamas in its spa-like studio. Their "Stellar Mamas" class lead by Owner and Certified Personal Trainer, Nicole Gauthier, teaches new mamas how to exercise safely with their babies while shedding pregnancy pounds and strengthening their muscles for the physically demanding tasks that lie ahead in motherhood.
Exercises will be performed, safely, while holding or playing with baby. Baby's weight will even be used for resistance instead of weights. Most exercise will occur indoors on mats and all exercises can be performed at home.

Prenatal Yoga is also available for pregnant women to help ease the aches and pains of pregnancy and prepare expectant moms for labor.

Stellar Mamas is held every Tuesday and Thursday from 11:15 a.m.-12:15 p.m., and Prenatal Yoga is offered Saturdays from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. in the spa-like group fitness room at Stellar Fitness. Gauthier says "You will not find any heavy equipment or grunting men at our studio. A class at our studio is a pleasure and something new mamas will look forward to". Gauthier became a mom for the second time this past July and looks forward to sharing her fitness expertise and getting back into shape along with other new moms.
