Suzanne Mulligan-Born is a writer, researcher, baby boomer and grandmother. She is motivated to ward off the many preventable diseases caused by the sedentary lifestyle of a writer. Suzanne will share the latest research and her own journey to get fit and have fun while following Lisa’s programs.
