Two powerhouse Northshore fitness professionals have combined forces to bring women the best full body strength and cardio program in the area.
Fire Physiques and Everlasting Fitness announces their new six-week bodyBLAST program- a comprehensive goal oriented program perfect for new years resolutions. BLAST combines all your favorite target areas in one hour. Boxing to increase cardio endurance, speed and agility while building upper body strength; A leg circuit designed to sculpt your lower body while burning fat, combined with abdominal intervals, working your midsection from all angles. Strength train the smart way, with 2 qualified trainers to teach you proper form and programming, while holding you accountable to your fitness goals.
Certified personal trainer and boxing instructor Rebecca LeSaffre explains BLAST as "an affordable circuit style class that combines all aspects of health in a fun and comfortable environment for women of all fitness levels!"
Teaming with Rebecca is exercise physiologist Breanne McGinness. "I love our new program design, which allows for women to build muscle while burning fat, and increasing strength and endurance all in one class. We are both dedicated to educating our clients, so their experience with BLAST lasts a lifetime."
Both trainers agree that a supportive environment is key to any successful journey, and every woman enrolled in BLAST can count on each other for accountability, motivation, and support. Rebecca LeSaffre is an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Personal Trainer, a National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association (NESTA) Certified Fitness Nutrition Coach, a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and a National Academy of Sports Medicine PES (Performance Enhancement Specialist). With her background, Rebecca brings her clients an understanding of how the body works. She is qualified to assess what types of exercises will be most beneficial for meeting personal fitness goals, while also helping assure that you use proper form for maximum results and injury prevention. Rebecca is well known in the community and has gained an ambitious following at several locations.
Breanne McGinness an exercise physiologist with a bachelor of science from UMASS Lowell. She is also a Sports Nutrition Specialist with the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association ( NESTA.) She is a movement training specialist as well as sport yoga instructor. Breanne specializes as a physique coach, working closely with athletes preparing to compete in fitness and bikini shows. Breanne is able to teach her clients how to find balance with their training and nutrition plans, and make a healthy life part of their everyday.
For $108, BLAST will be a 6 week 60 minute class at 4 Henshaw St Woburn MA on Saturdays at 9:00am.
