New Robust End Point Detection System from Sunrise Optical LLC
Sunrise Optical LLC (Zebraoptical.com) announces the new End Point Detection (EPD) product family for the monitoring and control of the chemical processing of novel materials.
Sunrise, FL, August 20, 2015 --(PR.com)-- The Zebraoptical EPD product line can perform measurements is either reflection or transmission geometry, and provide spectral characterization of the process at discrete wavelengths. Zebraoptical EPD-Portable-3 is shown in the photograph.
All Zebraoptical EPD tools are immune to stray light and provide robust metrology. Robust optics eliminate the need for user alignment. The LED light sources are eye safe and do not require the implementation of any additional eye safety measures. Tool can be easily integrated with user process chamber window.
The current available spectral range spans from 350 nm to 950 nm. Please contact sales@zebraoptical.com for more information regarding an IR version extending to 1500 nm, and well as an UV version.
The tool utilizes advanced signal processing techniques which provides it with the following advantages: design is immune to ambient/stray light, rapid data acquisition, high Signal-to-Noise (S/N) ratio, eye safe operation, robust design immune to vibrations, ease of system integration.
Tool utilizes standard USB 2.0 communication and is provided with a library of documented drivers, data acquisition application, and examples in order to facilitate the integration with end user system.
