The program was developed by scratch, Frigidaire’s marketing agency, to help dealers and employees across the country learn how to increase sales through enhanced product knowledge and effective demonstration techniques. Frigidaire Appliance U is available 24/7 online, so participants can learn at their own pace, all the while earning credits that can be redeemed for a variety of Frigidaire incentives. Areas of certification focus on specific product categories, new innovations, or new product releases. Each module is divided into quick and easy courses and corresponding exams. Once participants complete all courses and score a minimum of 80% on each exam, they receive a certificate acknowledging the accomplishment.
