California Entrepreneur and Author Introduces a New Paradigm for Negotiation

La Jolla, CA, November 10, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Dr. Mehrad Nazari offers Enlightened Negotiation™ Training in La Jolla, CA on January 28th, 2016, based on his forthcoming book "Enlightened Negotiation: 8 Spiritual Laws to Connect, Create and Prosper" (SelectBooks, Spring 2016). In the wave of new movements in business practices such as the Conscious Capitalism® and social entrepreneurs, "Enlightened Negotiation™" introduces a new model in bridging business practices with personal values and spiritual ethics. It is an interdisciplinary approach to negotiation that draws insights from multiple schools of thought including integrative negotiation, emotional intelligence, mindfulness and intrapersonal and interpersonal communications. Dr. Nazari was awarded his MBA degree in 1981 and his Ph.D. in Leadership and Human Behavior in 1992. As an adjunct professor of international business negotiation, he taught for ten years at United States International University in San Diego. Since 1984, he has been the President and CEO of California Real Estate Services, a real estate investment brokerage and consulting firm based in La Jolla, California. For the last 25 years, he has studied with some of the living masters of Eastern philosophy of our time. His presentations on negotiation and spirituality include: eBay Marketing Department, UC Berkeley International House, Esalen Institute (faculty for 14 years), IDEA Health and Fitness Association, Rancho La Puerta (18 years), Presidio Graduate School in San Francisco, Alliant International University in San Diego, and the San Diego County Bar Association.
