Example of a typical day:-
*6- 6:45 am –Meditation
*6:45 am- 7:30 am – Herbal tea and fruit and silent reflection
*7:30-9 am – Morning Asana and kriya Practice
*9- 10:30 am —Breakfast and break
*10:30 am- 1 pm- Understanding Yoga (history, philosophy, core principles, teaching methodology , queuing, language, purpose, observation, voice, taking your seat as a teacher etc)
*1-2:30 pm- Lunch
*2:30-3:30—Yoga anatomy.
*3:30- 5:30- Asana, Kriya, techniques Breakdown with adjustments
*5:30-6:45—Evening asana, pranayama, kriya and yoga nidra practice
*6:45 – 8pm – Dinner
*8-8:45 pm- Sutras or chanting.
