6 Ways to Live Like a Celebrity Spa Director
Renata De Abreu, ambassador for the newly launched thinspa® brand, shares her tips on how to live the spa life.

And she carries out that spa lifestyle into her everyday life. Here’s a look at De Abreu’s tips on how she includes wellness, fitness and holistic health in her daily regimen.
1. Aromatherapy – Before her morning meditation, De Abreu jumpstarts the day with essential oils like peppermint and orange. The simple process, a couple drops of oil placed in the hand before inhalation, can be done at home or on the road. To improve a bad mood, De Abreu recommends lemongrass. In the evening, lavender adds comfort and relaxation for a good night’s sleep, “Essential oils that are 100% pure are very effective and proven to work both physically and mentally,” De Abreu says.
2. Meditation – De Abreu starts every day with 20 minutes of meditation. The practice of training the mind into a state of consciousness has been scientifically proven to aid in brain function and help with Alzheimer’s Disease.
“Meditation is the best thing I do,” De Abreu says. “Once a person starts meditating everything falls into place. Things will be in balance.”
3. Cleanse – Starting and ending each day with a fresh face is a key part of De Abreu’s daily regimen. She begins with her favorite thinspa® cleanser followed by Odacite Ac+R Youthful Glow serum.
