Participants in the Slim Down Challenge were on the Seattle Sutton’s Healthy Eating meal plan throughout the course of the Challenge. The meal plan consists of freshly prepared, nutritionally and portion controlled meals (3 meals per day, 7 days per week) that are scientifically designed to follow the guidelines set by health and nutrition experts.
