Columbia S.C. Gym Opens Doors to Public
Columbia, SC, May 21, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Workhorse Fitness is opening its doors to offer a free class to the public.
The Columbia, S.C. gym will host its first free community workout event on Tuesday, May 31 at 5:30 P.M. EDT. The event will take place at the company's location at 925 Huger Street in Columbia.
Everyone is invited, though the gym does ask that attendees wear proper attire -- light t-shirts and gym shorts would be a great start.
The gym began hosting free community workouts to show non-members the kinds of physical fitness exercises its members complete in weekday classes.
Not like other gyms in Columbia, S.C.
Workhorse Fitness opens its doors a handful of times each day to members who complete rigorous workouts that are supervised and instructed by a trained fitness professional.
Workhorse Fitness head trainer, Ibrahim Dughaish, explained that the public workout will involve primarily bodyweight and cardio exercises. For safety, weight lifting movements that are part of ordinary classes are not part of the community workout. New members first complete the gym's 101 program before using weights.
